The service

ChatGPT Brand Mentions places natural, unlinked brand mentions inside existing relevant content across our 500+ site network. No hyperlink is included — these are entity/citation signals, not links. Each order specifies a number of mentions, your brand/entity, and the topics to target. We deliver a report listing every live placement URL.

No guarantee of AI output

We do not control ChatGPT, OpenAI, or any AI answer engine, and we cannot and do not guarantee that any specific brand will be named, cited, or ranked in any AI-generated answer. What we provide is the durable input — real, permanent editorial mentions on relevant indexed sources. Any statement about timelines or visibility is a good-faith estimate, not a promise of a particular result.

Delivery

First placements are typically live within 2–7 working days. Larger orders and tightly restricted or regulated verticals may take longer and may require editorial approval and custom pricing.

Billing, cancellation & refunds

One-time orders are billed once. Monthly packages renew automatically and save 20% versus one-time pricing; you may cancel future renewals at any time before your next billing date. Placements that have already been produced or made live are non-refundable, because the editorial work is complete. Unused monthly placements roll over for up to 30 days while the subscription remains active. Payments are processed by our reseller, PayPro Global.

Acceptable use

We reserve the right to decline or remove any order that is unlawful, deceptive, or that we judge unsuitable for the publications in our network. High-risk and regulated niches may require additional review.
